Most small business websites are comfortable on the entry plan. If you run an online store, or you host several sites under one account, start a tier or two higher. Upgrading later is pro rata and takes effect immediately, so starting smaller costs you nothing.
No setup fee, and monthly plans are month to month. Annual plans are paid up front for the year. There is no lock-in contract on shared hosting.
Card or EFT on each invoice, or set up a monthly debit order. Debit orders are collected by Netcash: you complete a mandate at checkout or from your dashboard, authorise it electronically, and invoices are collected automatically on the 1st or the last day of the month.
Your site stays online. You will get a warning at 80% and again at 95%, and we will contact you about upgrading before anything is suspended. We do not silently delete data.
Yes, on the plans that include addon domains. The exact number is listed on each plan's order page. If you need more later, upgrading is instant.
Refund terms are set out in our Terms of Service. Domain registrations cannot be refunded once registered, because the registry charges us at the moment of registration.
