Managing your domains
Everything is self-service from your client area. You should not need to open a ticket to change a DNS record.

Full DNS control
Add and edit A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT and SRV records yourself from the client area, with changes taking effect as soon as propagation allows.

Registrar lock
Locked by default so nobody can initiate a transfer away without you unlocking it first. Unlock it yourself when you genuinely want to move.

Renewal reminders
We email you well before expiry, and again as it approaches. An expired domain is a genuinely painful thing to recover, so we are deliberately noisy about it.

Transfers in
Bring a domain across from another registrar. You will need the authorisation code from your current provider and the domain unlocked at their end.

Most extensions register within minutes of payment clearing. A few have registry checks that can take a business day. The domain is yours from the moment registration completes.
No. You can register a domain on its own and point it wherever you like, including at another provider. Equally, you can host with us using a domain registered elsewhere.
Unlock the domain at your current registrar and ask them for the authorisation code, then start a transfer from the search box above. Transfers usually complete within five to seven days, and your site stays online throughout. Some extensions add a year to your registration when you transfer.
There is usually a grace period in which you can renew at the normal price, followed by a redemption period where the registry charges a substantial recovery fee. After that it is released for anyone to register. Renew before expiry: recovery is expensive and not guaranteed.
Yes. It is your domain. Ask us for the authorisation code and we will unlock it. We will not hold a domain hostage to keep your hosting business.
